  I had a fantastic visit to the McDonald's on Chain Lake Drive, thanks to Chanel. She didn't just take my order—she really helped me choose the perfect menu items and made the whole experience genuinely pleasant. Big kudos to her!

  Cannot say how bad my experience was here. The gentleman got mad when I explained I wanted a hamburger and not a cheese burger. He then proceeded to give me drinks where the cups were full on pop running down the sides and when I asked for napkins to wipe up the mess he threw them at me.

  Really bad experience. The fries were undercooked, the burger was thrown together and the ingredients were all over the bag, and the cheese was stuck to the box. The chicken nuggets even tasted bitter, probably because the frying oil hasn’t been changed in a while.

  I just visit this Mcd and place my order and wait for 15 min for the order even there is no rush no order they were two people working there. When I asked for my order the employee was very very rude she has no respect towards customers I believe. And she said if you wanna go then you can we are not making yours order. That’s very disappointing.
