  이곳 직원은 매우친절해요 키오스크에서 주문을 했고 카드 결제후에 프린팅 에러가 발생해서 주문번호를 확인할수없었습니다. 기기고장인줄 알았고 결제는 안됐다생각했어요 그래서 그 옆 기계로가서 같은 메뉴를 다시주문했고 잠시뒤 내 폰에서 같은 금액이 두 번 결제된걸 확인했습니다. 직원에게 말했고 바로 한개의 주문을 환불해줬어요 그녀에게 매우 감사합니다. 솔직히 맥도날드같은 패스트푸드점에서 그러한 서비스는 기대하기 힘드니까요. 그녀는 정말 친절했습니다 :)

  Tired of PAYING MONEY for sauces that I don't even get. PAID MONEY for 4 packs of Mc chicken sauce and 2 packs of honey that are supposed to come with the nuggets. You gave me a single packet of spicy habanero sauce? It's literally stealing from customers when you take their money and give them nothing for it.

  I visited today (March 28, 2026) around 7:00 PM and ordered three drinks: two orange pekoe teas (triple triple with vanilla syrup) and one iced coffee. All three were made incorrectly — there was no sugar at all in any of them. The taste was completely off, and it felt like the order was rushed without proper attention. This was very disappointing, especially since none of the drinks were right. It ended up being a waste of money. I expect better quality and accuracy, even during busy hours. Please ensure staff double-check orders before serving.
