  I’m a parent, and I was really upset to hear what happened. Today my child and two friends (all 14) went into this store. One of them picked up a chocolate, showed it to a friend, and put it right back. Nothing was taken. Still, they were asked to empty their pockets and taken to a back room to do it again. Of course, nothing was found, and they were let go. It’s hard to accept that kids were treated like this over a misunderstanding. It was clearly stressful for them.

  Concerning treatment of minors I’m writing as a friend of the family about a troubling incident at this store. Three minors (two brown children and one Asian child) were wrongly suspected of stealing after briefly handling a chocolate that was returned to the shelf. Despite no evidence of theft, they were asked to empty their pockets and taken to a security area. This seems like an excessive response, especially given that they are children. The experience has had a clear emotional impact on them and raises concerns about how such situations are assessed. I hope the store reviews its procedures and staff training.

  Very upsetting experience for children I am close to the family involved and was very upset to hear what happened. Three kids (two brown, one Asian) were treated as if they had stolen something, when in fact nothing was taken. One child simply picked up a chocolate, showed it, and put it back. They were then made to empty their pockets and taken to a back room. For children, this is extremely intimidating. This situation should have been handled with much more care and judgment.

  Inappropriate and distressing treatment of children! I am extremely disappointed by how a situation involving three minors was handled at this location. All three children involved are Asian and two of whom are brown. A staff member wrongly assumed that the children were stealing, when in fact one child had only picked up a chocolate briefly and returned it. Despite no evidence of theft, the children were asked to empty their pockets and were taken to a security office. This level of escalation was unnecessary and inappropriate, particularly given that they were minors. The experience was clearly intimidating and has had a lasting emotional impact on the children. It is also concerning that all three children involved share the same ethnic background, which raises questions about how this situation was judged. Situations like this require judgment, discretion, and care — none of which were demonstrated here. I strongly urge management to review staff training and ensure that all customers, especially children, are treated with fairness and respect.

  I have ordered A tap of flowing chocolate here multiple times which is also known as Chocolate shots, but This time there were new employees literally said no we can not do that. Whenever we got it, we got it from the supervisor. But these new employees literally said no and started arguing. I just think they should atleast ask their supervisor before saying no. Attached some photos from the videos I have taken on my previous visits and I have purchased from the same location.
