I ordered a veggie burger and clearly asked them to include all the vegetables such as bell peppers, lettuce, and tomatoes. However, they only added onions and mushrooms based on their own choice and ignored the rest of the vegetables I requested. The fries were also not good they were over-salted, over-fried, and very dry. We also ordered a bacon burger, and that was extremely dry as well. The customer service was poor, and I was not satisfied with the hygiene standards. Since I only eat vegetarian food, I was concerned when they prepared my veggie burger in an area where they were handling non-vegetarian items. When I pointed this out to the staff, they changed their gloves but still seemed unhappy about it. The order also took a very long time, and the food seemed to be left open for quite a while before being served. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries.
