Michelle you have to learn how to work with the customers….you are so rude no smile on the face….and no cleanliness in the store….this is so unhygienic…..i do somehow agree to the online order part that is the reason i did not mention it in the review…..but online order does not mean that you do not treat the customer with respect and kindness…all i say is that please maintain your hygiene at the work and also…i asked you for the different packaging for both the orders to differentiate and you ignored that as well….that was not included in the online order placed or menu…….so you better learn the customer service and know that subway has a good name that should not be downgraded with this low standard service provided

The employee was very rude her name was michelle tan….she was not at all customer facing and did not greet well and was not at all listening to what order i was saying….and the shelf where she was preparing was not clean

Went this location 20 dec in evening. Really had bad experience in this subway location. Staff was really disrespectful to customers and not guiding properly … even making jokes of customers.

I visited this place on November 5th. I bought a sandwich and even left a tip for the staff. However, the lady at the counter charged me twice for the same item, and I didn’t even notice until later. This is absolutely unacceptable and completely dishonest.
They charged me $16.16 twice, which is clearly a malicious double charge. Such behavior is outrageous and shows extremely poor service. I am extremely disappointed and upset — this lady should not be working in customer service.
