It wasn’t a small mix-up — it was as if whoever made it decided my request didn’t matter at all. That alone was irritating, but I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. On my next visit, I once again ordered a 12-inch sub and paid full price, only to be handed a 6-inch. I cannot overstate how insulting that feels — paying for something and getting half of what you ordered is unacceptable, and it shows a complete lack of care for customers. It’s not even about the sandwich at this point; it’s about the principle. I walked away feeling cheated and disrespected. It’s frustrating that a company as large as Subway can’t seem to handle the most basic level of order accuracy. If this is what passes for customer service now, then Subway has seriously lost its way. Until this level of negligence is addressed, I won’t be giving them another cent.
