- MKManinderjit KaurJul 9, 20251.0Terrible service , I placed online order and crispy onion was clearly out of stock on their app but they had it in store , I asked the guy working there to add it as I could not on my app he said oh it’s extra 0.50 cents very rudely , I told him there is no charge on app , and then I asked oh maybe sub crunch then he said that’s extra charge as well I again mentioned there was no charge if it was showing available on app , he said I know we don’t work like that in person I never had this experience in subway like this so rude and not at all helpful . They should either change their app or train their employees well or please update your ingredients availability on your app so that customers don’t have deal with your employee’s attitude .
