I just order my 2 foot longs veggie patty just one hour ago. I picked up my order within 12 minutes of ordering and i asked for bread toasted and it was not toasted and my sandwich was totally cold. Breads were totally staled. It was so hard to chew. I ordered 4-5sauces in it but there was no sauce at all. I think they gave me old ones. Very very bad experience and poor customer service. We are paying for the food so kindly make it fresh and according to customer demands. Don't order from here. Save your money guyss !!!!! Excellent service and quality. I was really impressed with the staff, specifically Robyn and Jen, who went above and beyond to provide great service with a smile. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the food was spot on. I’ll definitely be back!

I always order on mobile app and my order is usually good but today all i tase is salt and its just disgusting. I worked all day and was looking forward to eat a tasty subway and it was just ruined by too much salt.

I usually go here because I find it's one of the better Subways but today's experience was not good. The lady working today 1/14 at 5:15 pm needs to really work on her customer service skills as I tried to get a sub I didn't know had ham i asked simple a question since I don't eat ham and once I said I didn't want that sub because of that she started to give me attitude saying I'm wasting their food because I said I would like the other sub option on the coupon. Her attitude over a small situation shouldn't have happened and when I told her there's no need for an attitude she just kept it going and acting frustrated. I understand if you're having a bad day but don't take it out on paying customers over them asking a question.
