For a family New Year’s Day meal that had been prepared for by making reservations it sucked so did the bill for 178.00 only which 6.00 was tip I was sooo disappointed

My husband and I usually visit a different Montana’s location, but since we were in the area, we decided to try the Chain Lake Drive spot. There was a small hiccup with our order (our appetizer - a plate of hot wings - was forgotten), but the manager handled it so well that it hardly even felt like an issue. We weren’t upset at all; they were clearly busy, and mistakes happen! Now, onto the food… oh. my. god. We tend to order the same thing every time, so when our meals arrived we were shocked - the quality and temperature were beyond amazing. Honestly, the food was so good we didn’t even care about the missing app at that point. But then came the surprise: even after we told them it was no big deal and that they could skip the appetizer entirely, they still made a fresh batch and brought it out. And WOW - those wings were GOOD. Perfectly sauced, perfectly cooked. Our usual location (which shall remain unnamed) doesn’t prepare our meals or apps anywhere near as well as this one did. I think my husband and I have officially found a new go-to Montana’s - and we’re more than willing to travel for it. Huge shoutout to the whole team. Despite the busy rush, you treated us wonderfully, and the food was immaculate. Thank you!
