Upon noticing this and reporting this to the manager I was informed they were sorry for the mistake and won't bill me for the burnt plate. I didn't eat any of my food and was nauseous after comlnsuming a few bites of this plate. The Manager was very unprofessional and the cook should be fired immediately. I will never eat at any Montana's after that fiasco.

The staff member assured us that it wasn’t and that we had plenty of time. However, our food came out burnt, and after sending it back, it was returned with only part of what I originally ordered, which as if there was no effort to complete the full order. If guests are welcomed to dine close to closing time and expected to pay full price, they should still receive the same quality and care as any other customer.
