I won’t be back.

I waited for a full two hours, and although there are two drive-thru lanes, only one was open.

He always looks forward to the fries and I always ask for well done or fresh to make sure they are hot enough. This time through they were barely warm so I parked and went in. I went up to the cash and said that the fries weren’t hot enough and asked if I could get fresh ones. I handed the cold ones to her and she seemed confused but proceeded to go to the guy boxing fries. She came back with the ‘new’ fries and said: This is as hot as we can get for our fries and handed them to me. I was happy but then touched them and they were still not hot :( I would have asked for right out of the fryer but she was clearly done with our transaction.

They removed the self-service drink machine, so you can no longer refill soda unless you pay for another one. It’s hard to understand how a fast-food restaurant doesn’t offer a self-service drink station anymore. This change is very disappointing and makes the value much worse than before.
