They had me wait in spot 1 and after nearly 20 minutes of waiting, I went inside to try and see what was going on. I got ignored by very frantic staff and saw orders going out for people who ordered after me. I heard one of them ask about the 1000 second + egg mcmuffin sandwich that was showing on their screen and I'm fairly sure they cleared it off. I've not gotten through to the store but I am trying to call for a refund on the food I didn't get and the points that were taken from my account.
