    Jeffrey and Elcid are very helpful. They very accomoding with regards to menu selection. Even suggest. Kudos to the manager for having a very good staff. keep it up.

    Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆ (0/5) This experience at the KFC Halifax Quinpool Road location was serious enough that I feel others should be aware. I ordered a “Mighty Box for 2” through the KFC app, selected in-store pickup, and waited inside the store. When I went to collect my order, a woman without a uniform or name tag was handling online orders at the counter. When I said I was there to pick up my order, she asked me to sign a paper labeled “Uber Delivery Tracking.” I asked why a signature was required for a personal pickup order, but she insisted it was KFC policy and provided no explanation. However, I did not see her asking other delivery drivers to sign the same paper. Additionally, the Mighty Box—designed to be carried horizontally—was handed to me standing vertically. When I checked the food at home, the contents were not neatly arranged, and the overall presentation was clearly affected. I am Asian. Being treated differently without any clear explanation made me seriously question whether this situation involved discriminatory behavior. No customer should be made to feel this way. The bigger issue came afterward. I submitted a formal complaint through the KFC app and later received the following email from the area manager: ---------------------------------- Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and I’m truly sorry to hear about your recent experience at our Halifax Quinpool Road location. I understand how disappointing it must have been to experience that service. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the oversight. Please rest assured that we are looking into this matter to ensure it does not happen again. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to invite you again to visit our branch, which will make sure we provide the best service at the KFC Quinpool Road location. Our team will be happy to assist you. We value your loyalty as a guest and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us. Sincerely, ---------------------------------- This email did not address any of the actual issues I raised, including: 1.the identity of the staff member, 2.the reason I was required to sign, 3.the improper handling of the food. Saying “visit again and we will provide better service” is not a solution. Consistent and respectful service should be standard, not something offered later as a gesture. As a paying customer, this experience was deeply unpleasant and disappointing. I am still waiting for a meaningful response and proper accountability from KFC.

    I ordered a 2 piece combo here recently, there were a couple people in front of me that said they were waiting a long time for their order only to instantly be handed it from the back, seems like theres more focus on online orders than in person orders, every time I visit this location I am waiting at least 15-20 minutes. I know its busy but there has to be a solution to this problem. Anyway when I got my combo, they gave me 2 drumsticks when it should have been a drumstick and a thigh, meal was smaller and still cost be $16, I am disappointed, the food still tasted fine but there needs to be more organization.
