  Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at a Dairy Queen. The staff seemed disengaged, the service was slow, and the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional. This location does not reflect the standard typically associated with the brand. I would recommend visiting another location or another fast food chain all together.

  I visit first time at dairy queen and the service was too good specially by jasdeep kaur . I really appreciate her , she was very nice and gave great advice.

  That was my first time trying out DQ. Though the ice cream was quite good, there were mice all over the place. This place needs some serious cleaning. Disappointed and concerned about health violations.

  A true Halifax landmark right in my neighbourhood. Tonight I witnessed amazing customer service. There were only two women taking care of both the front counter and drive thru and they nailed it. Watching them help each other out showed great teamwork.

  Successful where it counts, food is always tasty and you cant beat a blizzard no matter the season! 10 dollar meal deals are the forefront
