  I visit Dairy queen at mid night everyday but the food and service at midnight it fantastic. The staff is really friendly even T that time Specially Neel. He is fantastic he is very friendly and positive attitude. This is suggest everyone to go this place the people are amazing over here.

  Huge shoutout to the crew at the downtown DQ! My visit was fantastic, but what really stood out was the staff. They were working so hard and stayed incredibly attentive to the guests in the accessibility seating. It’s so refreshing to see a team that truly cares about every single customer.

  I was visiting the area last week and decided to go to Dairy Queen and the staff was very friendly and helpful very nice people and very clean.. I suggest everyone to go out there. I have never seen such amazing service. only go this Dairy Queen if you want nice and clean quality. Nice staff.

  The staff were rude, careless, and clearly have no interest in treating customers with even basic respect. To make things worse, our Uber order was intentionally cancelled for no valid reason — a complete waste of time. When questioned, staff had the audacity to blame the owner, saying they’re “not allowed” to provide extra customer service. Whether that’s true or just an excuse, it shows how badly this place is run. Either the management is incompetent, or the staff simply don’t care — both are unacceptable. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being disrespected and having your time wasted.

  I hope manager can train their employees how to treat customers. On Sunday April 5th around 6pm I ordered two blazers. The lady didnt ask what size of blazer I want, she just ordered the medium one for me. And when I asked her, she said cause you didn’t say any size. I believe it’s your responsibility to ask customers and please don’t make any excuse When you make a mistake, don’t shift the blame onto others. It makes you look unprofessional, uneducated, and disrespectful.
