I would have left a five-star review but when Mr angry is working, I almost turn around and leave. He makes it same such an inconvenient staff to do his job.
You know who I'm talking about, all your employees do too. ... Because I always comment that I'm happy captain cranky face isn't working.

I had a very disappointing experience due to extremely rude behavior from the staff.
I visited around 9:32 PM on March 23, even though the restaurant was closing at 10 PM.
The employee was already cleaning, which I understand, but the way he treated me was unacceptable. When he saw me, he threw a napkin into the trash aggressively, then slammed wrapping papers onto the prep table and asked, “What would you like?” in a harsh tone.
I politely asked why he was speaking to me like that, but he repeated himself in the same rude manner. Despite continuing with my order, his attitude did not improve at all.
As someone who works in the food industry, I understand that people can have difficult days, but that does not justify treating customers disrespectfully. I felt uncomfortable, embarrassed, and unwelcome. Eventually, I couldn’t even complete my order and left midway—apologizing to him, even though I was the one being mistreated.
This kind of behavior leaves a very negative impression and can drive customers away. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better customer service in the future.
I would politely like to request the manager or owner to check the camera to see how he was behaving.
