- MSMuhammad SiddiquiFeb 19, 20261.0I placed an online order almost an hour ago for 2 tuna sandwiches. When I reached to pick up my order, guy at the restaurant said he doesn’t have any tuna available. I asked for a refund, he said he doesn’t have any authorization and he can’t do anything about it. He fooled me by asking me to google subway customer service number for a refund. When I googled, there was no subway cs contact number other than the branch number that is also a wrong number. I live a bit further at the airport and was taking a bus so I could not go back. Also, that person at the restaurant set it up as I have picked up my order which is a lie.
