I ordered a few subs and they were sprayed with hot sauce, making them inedible. I immediately called the store for a replacement and was told to wait for a manager to call me the next day. When I called the next day, no one picked up. I called again the following day and was told they would have someone reach out to me. A week passed with no response, so I called again, and the person I spoke to hung up on me, claiming I was being rude because I couldn’t describe the employee who made my order, who told me a manager would call me back. I mentioned he was Indian, and that seemed to upset them.
I called back once more, and this time, someone immediately contacted the manager. The manager called me, apologized, and asked me to send pictures of the sub. I did, and she said she wouldn’t even eat it herself. She apologized again and promised to replace my subs, even offering to make them herself. I explained that my daughter was sick and we would be out of town for medical care, but I would come back for the replacement when we return, and she said that would be fine.
Today, I called repeatedly, but no one answered. I texted the number I had sent the pictures to, but received no response. Finally, I called the store again, and the manager said the owner had decided they would not remake my subs. If that’s the case, I would like a refund. Why were they telling me to come back for replacements, only to refuse now? Are you stealing from people and taking their money? Don’t go here, your kid can assemble a sub better than here!!
