  Hi Today I went to Swiss chalet I had great experience there the food was very delicious and hot . Our ribs was perfect . The dine-in was very neat and clean and our server Sargun was very polite and nice she suggested me spinach dip and we just love it . I would highly recommend this Swiss chalet location for events or celebrations or enjoying weekend. Thanks to Sargun for making our day

  I had a great experience at Swiss Chalet, thanks to Sargun! She was incredibly polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Her friendly attitude and quick service really stood out, and she made us feel very welcome. It’s clear she genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.   If I had choked on my chicken at lunch, I’m pretty sure Sargun would’ve had it handled. That’s the level of presence she brought to our table. Calm, sharp, and completely in control - every detail handled, every need anticipated, zero chaos (which, with our group, is saying a lot). She didn’t just serve us, she ran the room. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious - it’s been a while since I genuinely enjoyed Swiss Chalet like that. If this is the standard Swiss Chalet stands for, you’ve got the right person on the floor. Give Sargun flowers, and a raise.

  We ordered swiss chalet on Jan 26 and the potatoes were inedible I called spoke with a worker and they apologized and said we have a 25 $credit there so we went back today I placed the order went in and explained now there was an order sitting there ...he came back 10 min later and gave me the credit I paid and waited he left again 2 delivery drivers picked up their orders and the after another 5 min the cashier says Cindy? The order was sitting there the whole time I left got home and opened it up not only is there BBQ sauce on it that I said no Ty too but the chicken has a hard skin half an inch thick on it couldn't cut it so hard and the potatoes again the same way maybe a week old it was cooked or over cooked 2 days ago Do better people... It's alot of money and when it's impossible to enjoy it's sad
