- HMHelen MacIntoshNov 16, 20251.0Employee tried (3 times) to toast a wrap (not grill, toast). Employee couldn't follow instructions. I requested a tiny amount of sauce, dude saturated my bread. It was so wet with sauce that the bread fell apart. The icing on the cake ... they didn't even manage to cut our other foot long sub in half. They know what they are doing. They hire people that cant/won't speak English just to make it so infuriating that you are too exhausted to request your refund. I spent $24 for inedible food and had to drive to McDonald's next door.

I called the subway to ask for a refund (because I was told to by a different subway). When I called the were incredibly disrespectful and said they needed to call their manager and hung up. I called back a few minutes later to ask if I could call them and they didn’t call the manager and hung up on me again. I then called back and talked to the supervisor and again they were unhelpful and rude. Overall I think that this subway is poorly managed and needs to learn about proper customer service.

I got a vegetarian sub and although there was a lot of rush as there is a hockey rink there, Store manager Sandeep was very polite and serving every customer with attention to detail. I noticed this when she was helping 2 other customers before me and there was a pretty big line up after me. Overall the other associates were working with good coordination and everyone looked that they were helping each and every customer with utmost care. Very good store, amazing service, definitely will visit again.
