    Absolutely worst McDonald's in the hrm. Wait 15 minutes to be served cold stale nuggets for my kids and forgot half the items. The girl on the front is too lazy to turn around and get sauce would rather say they dont have it. Shameful but I shouldn't expect much more from the mcslaves

    I visited this McDonald’s recently, and it was disappointingly filthy. The floor and tables clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. I ordered a Junior Chicken, and it was served cold, sloppy, and just unappetizing. Definitely not the quality or cleanliness I expect. I hope they step up their standards soon.

    I never write reviews but needed to do so for the McDonalds Dartmouth Crossing location. I’ve watched the quality at the McDonald’s in Dartmouth Crossing slowly decline over the past few months—honestly, maybe even years—but my most recent visit was easily the worst yet. This location used to be quick and reliable, but that clearly isn’t the case anymore. The food was terrible. The fries were cold and stale, like they’d been sitting around forever before being handed out. The burger was even worse—the edges of the patty were dry and crusty, like it had been reheated or left under a heat lamp way too long. It barely tasted fresh at all. On top of that, the service was just as disappointing. The staff seemed completely uninterested and the whole experience felt rushed and careless. When you’re paying for fast food, you at least expect it to be hot and halfway decent, but this was neither. After this visit, I can honestly say I won’t be going back to the Dartmouth Crossing location again. Between the cold fries, the crusty burger, and the poor service, it’s clear that quality control here has really gone downhill.
