  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent delivery order placed at 3:26 AM. I specifically ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin, as clearly shown on my receipt, but instead received a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. To make things worse, when I called the store to report the issue, the person who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the situation or even showing basic customer service, they simply told me to contact the delivery partner and that they couldn’t do anything about it. I’ve attached both the receipt and a photo of the food I received, which clearly shows the mistake. This experience was frustrating from start to finish—wrong order and poor customer service. Definitely not what I expect, especially from a morning order when accuracy matters the most.

  Terrible customer service, long wait times. If you want FAST food go to another location. Burnside or main st McDonald’s are better options.

  terrible customer service, long wait time. I completely understand why the drive thru menu screen was smashed because ordering from here is an infuriating experience.

  Coke tasted like soapy, I brought it their attention and they refilled the same cup. McDonald’s where your policy of not taking used food inside. Worst experience.

  Absolutely disgusted with this Mcdonalds. I got a mcdouble. It was super greasy. I had to use multiple napkins to try and remove some grease. The hamburger meat had a bunch of black specs through it which means they aren't cleaning the grill enough in between cooking burgers. I got a mcdouble with no lettuce but somehow their was pieces of lettuce wrapped up in the wax paper it came in. I worked at a Mcdonalds before so I know how things go and can spot out the irregularities quite easy. The fries were old and cold and some fries had black at the ends of them and seemed overcooked. The staff were very rude and unfriendly and none were wearing hair nets in the kitchen. None smiled. The worker passed me my order without saying anything or looking at me And she looked like she hated her job. I will never come back to this Mcdonalds location again.
