  The lady with blue/green hair was extremely rushed and seemed stressed so I was very friendly and kind to her and then when I told her my order was wrong she snapped and said I read you your order and you said it was correct which when she read it to me it was correct but it wasn’t the correct size and she did not say a size. It was not a big deal but she made it into one which was unfortunate and then she took it out on the younger worker there. I understand she seemed stressed and overworked but how she treated my family while there was unacceptable and then to take it out on the younger employee was terrible. I hope she’s not the manager as it seems like a very toxic workplace if she’s in charge.

  Placed a small 4item order and was not given my full order. Worst part it was the most expensive item that I didn’t get!! Beyond frustrated because I tried calling and kept getting cut off.

  We went to Mic Mac Mall to get KFC. We ordered meal with 4pcs chicken, a chx sandwich and corn for my sides. When we heared our number and our order the staff said the food was complete, so we trusted her. When we got home and check the food, we were missing the chicken sandwich. Plus the buttered corn wasn’t buttered. So disappointing! I will never visit that branch again poor service!
