- AHAshley & Rachael Hicks1 day ago1.0Disappointing. Went at 2pm for a quick lunch with my husband. He ordered Angus burger and poutine. I ordered chicken sandwich and Caesar salad. Dine in. His ordered was filled. We were told to take a seat and mine would be brought to our table.. He ate... we were there 20 min and mine still wasnt ready. As he was done I went up and asked for a refund because we wanted to leave . A cashier came up to me and handed me a bag of food and said " I was looking outside for you". No idea why as we clearly said dine in. I refused food and asked again for a refund as we didn't want take out. Refused because " sorry we were busy". The restaurant was empty except for us. So we took food and left. I won't be back. Cold food ( and burnt bun upon opening) . Why it took 20 minutes to make a crispy chicken sandwich and a pre made Caesar salad with package dressing is beyond me. Ive gone to Swiss chalet at the same location many times and its been great, but if this is the new level.of service I'll go to Dartmouth crossing. There are lots of burger places in HRM..they will be getting my money.

- DCDainard ClarkeMar 20, 20261.0I had the worst experience there it was three times found hair in my food mix in my poutine is the fact that I complain about it the manager said it was my hair in the food order three poutines and found hair in it eating one after poutine and the hair is on my fork so I called the store and the manager hung up on me not very good he did not want to hear what I had to say so you hung up on me been calling back 3 4 times and no answer
