- MMMil4 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. I ordered a veggie pad thai without egg due to a dietary restriction, but when I went to confirm it was without egg, the staff member said it was already made—even though I had JUST paid and hadn’t even been handed my receipt yet. He refused to remake it at first. It was only after we insisted and requested a refund that another staff member agreed to fix the order. Overall, the service felt rushed, careless, and unaccommodating — especially for a simple dietary request.

Our food was magically made before we even finished putting in our order. We ordered 2 different levels of spicy, neither box was labeled. I git the thai iced tea, it looked NOTHING like the photo they have displayed of it and it tasted like watered down coconut milk. The tables were all dirty, and so was the counter with sauces / utensils. Will never come back.

I thought that was fast, but then when I ate it, the noodles were undercooked. The flavour was good but the noodles were a little crunchy. Maybe take your time to cook everything properly, but I will be back as it was good flavours. For how expensive it is, it's worth proper cooking. Thank-you.
