  Im not one to leave a negative comment but my family and I were seated for 25 minutes without any service, no water, no questions, nothing. I have eaten at the Harveys on the other side of this swiss chalet before and had no problem. Not only we're we sat down to a not pleasant atmosphere, but then proceeded to have a lady tell us it'll just be a minute after we've been waiting 25 already. She then continues helping 2 previous tables which was fair since they came in before and was finishing up, yet we still had not been assisted till they got another waiter to come in who then rushed us into ordering and didn't even complete the task of getting us water because he went to help the two other waitresses from the same table where a problem had occurred. 35 minutes in we left. I appreciate workers and understand the difficulty of jobs as I myself work in retail, but the service was unacceptable and I have good feeling if we were still there, we still wouldn't have water.

  Food wasn’t bad especially for the price, service was great but the restaurant itself seemed just unclean? I myself work in the service industry and I’m aware that bugs and mice are something that can’t be completely controlled but… the flies were everywhere, landing on food, flying in your face. Not to mention that there was a mouse just sitting under our table in the booth… we didn’t make a big deal of it but the waiter looked mortified… overall not terrible

  Tried a different Swiss Chalet branch, it was okay, but this Branch in Tacoma is excellent. Well just a little cold but other than that, everything was perfectly executed. Queen was our server. She has a great sense of humor. Shirley temple with Alcohol is a must try. Food wise, chicken and rib combo tasted really good too.

  It’s was such a great experience for me and my family. Queen made us really feel at home. She’s very patient and a good listener, Everything was on time. People are so warm and kind. Few people went to our table to check up on us. We had an amazing time celebrating our early Christmas dinner.

  The staff were very attentive and friendly. We were greeted with a smile and were sat right away. Drinks came quickly and food soon after. We were a table of six and we all loved our meal. Our server Queen was amazing and so friendly. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. Will definitely be back.
