We areiv at 2:20 and checked in and waited 40 minutes until finally I went in and asked what the heck was going on? I told the lady we have been outside waiting for 40 minutes and she just passes me my two bags of food that are now cold with not even so much as an apology for being so late. It was sitting there ready the whole time no one just brought it out.

I ordered and paid for two full racks of back ribs, two pieces of cheese cake, loaded baked potatoes etc. I made it all the way home thinking I did good. (30 min drive one way) Well, when I opened the bags, we got one desert, one full rack of back ribs and the other one they had a half rack of back and a half rack of side ribs. The loaded baked potatoes looked like they dropped them on the floor too. I called to complain and no one cared at all or didn’t comprehend english? I finally got a manager and he wasn’t Canadian either and didn’t do anything but offered to give us a free desert on our next order. Seriously? Yah, I’m not giving you more money. Last time I buy food from this place.

- JJJvhNov 2, 20255.0My sister took me out and I loved it. I’ve also done Harvey’s too as in New Glasgow we have no Harvey’s. Server was cavelle. So reliable and polite and caring to our needs. It was not too crowded or noisy. I loved the fact that you can order from both menus. As some are not beef eaters. Very convenient. I’m glad I got a chance to go there. Actually we went there twice . One to one side and one to other side of establishment. I wish there were more locations.
