That's okay we got it sorted. Our server ignored half the table, including my daughter with a birthday hat on. As a server myself I was very upset leaving. Yes it was busy but not crazy enough to ignore half the table. I should add that at least two dinners came out wrong. And the bills should've been easily split but they also came out wrong.

Ones in the grocery store are much bigger. The server tonight had an attitude, claimed to know nothing about the online coupon, answered questions about the menu like he was speaking to an idiot. Rushed us through the ordering, plunked down the bill before we were finished dessert. Was overheard saying it was his 3rd double shift in a row- well it shows. Place was very noisy, hard to hear conversation, and cold near the window where our booth was. Spring rolls were very good however, as was the pie. Won't be back anytime soon.
- JLJohn LangDec 13, 20251.0Tried to call and book a reservation which I've done before here, lady answered the phone with a hello that sounded like they were annoyed, no mention to if they were swiss chalet so had to ask to make sure I had the right number, then asked about doing a reservation at the end of the week and before asking what time or how many which was for 20 people, just cut me off and told me to wait and then came back and said yeah we aren't doing that...ok? Food is usually good there but the customer service in the call was such a put off
