  I was uncertain of eating at this establishment at first. How wrong I was, Michelle made my experience here. She was the light in the darkness, bringing back my hope to Swiss chalet, would eat here again!

  Michelle was an exceptional waitress, going above and beyond my expectations, would gladly eat here again just to see her, absolutely phenomenal experience in hospitality, it was my brothers 19th birthday party and it will surely be a night to remember and the talk of the town! Although it did smell a little foul when we first walked into the restaurant, her aura quickly overcame all negativity and all my problems quickly washed away in her presence. An angel among mortals, truly a blessing to be served by her.

  Went in tonight for supper there was a sign on the door that they were closing at 9pm for maintenance. No big deal we went in at 8:25pm waiting at the to be seated area to ask if that was enough time for us to eat. There were 3 waitresses standing around a table ignoring us. When they finally came over around 8:35pm she grabbed menus and we asked if there was enough time she just kept saying we close at 9pm instead of just saying yes or no. She was so rude and entitled I couldn’t believe that she just wouldn’t say so sorry we are closing early and won’t have enough time. We were friendly from the beginning even when they ignored us there was no reason for her to be rude.

  We came down to Dartmouth for a few days with friends and decided to stop in for lunch at Swiss Chalet. We had the pleasure of being served by Cindy, and she was absolutely fantastic. Our partners were joking around quite a bit, and Cindy handled it with such patience, humour, and kindness. She laughed along with us and made the whole table feel so comfortable and welcome. Her warm smile, great attitude, and amazing customer service truly made our lunch special. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of energy and positivity to their job. Cindy made our experience one of a kind! We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Dartmouth, and we’ll be hoping to sit in Cindy’s section again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! 😊

  After going to the busy Costco for shopping , I’ve decided to come to Swiss chalet and once arriving and getting seated, looked over the menu and noticed the chicken and shrimp meal which is my favourite and so delicious and left here fully satisfied and full And our serving David was on top of everything and gave us the best hospitality and service… I’ve been coming here for years and it’s never a disappointment
