Point is they don’t know what they’re doing no proper way of handling things. Didn’t ask about my issue just said ohh sorry about that. You don’t even know what it was cause you did the same thing. And then my food is crusty around the edges and cold. It’s been sitting.

Order a drink And a meal. After paying went to the second window, they didn’t Have the drink that I’d ordered and they robbed me on a refund of the money. They also got my order wrong. This is a joke.

CHECK your order BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Yet again, they messed up my simple order. Today I ordered a single breakfast order with a new pie to try and ketchup for my hash brown. Before I left the drive-thru window and after I paid, I asked the woman to come back to the window and asked if ketchup was in the bag. She said yes. I left and went somewhere to park to eat. I checked for my hash brown and ketchup. No ketchup. I drove back to the restaurant window and spoke to a manager, because this happens a lot. She apologized and gave me my item. I then left again to go eat. I ate my hash brown with ketchup. Then I looked for my caramel pie to try. No pie! So I drove back. This time I went inside and spoke to the same manager. This time she didn't apologized but gave me my pie.

My order was rung in wrong . And then even after correcting they made it wrong twice . I asked for everything fresh and food was cold . Gave me everything I didn’t even order which is wastage of food . On top that they forgot to put forks and ketchup. So disappointed and staff should be more attentive. Could not eat anything at all . Waste of money and food
