I have not been to this location without experiencing an issue. The systems seem to be down alot, communication with staff is always difficult and my order is rarely correct

I’ve been several times over a few years, and consistently the worst McDonald’s location I’ve visited in Canada. I have to assume it’s a chronic labour shortage problem. I wish them the best in sorting that out!

Every time I visit this location the wait time is terrible. Today however, it was almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. When I got to the window my tea was wrong, they get me the correct tea and say have a great day… I still didn’t have my food. We laughed and the she gave it to me. They forgot the milk drink and and when I finally got to drink my tea there was no sugar even though the receipt shows it was 2 milk and 2 sugar. This is not what we should expect from MacDonald’s.
