The drinks area is dirty and flooded, everything is sticky, and the trash cans are always overflowing. I've been there maybe four times and it's always the same. It's a terrible place

Slow service , accompanied by the lack of cleanliness and proper food handling and hygiene is certainly a red flag . Food received very poor and not hot as is should be . Its required to be kept at a hot holding or at a warm holding temperature which was evident it was not. Lack of hair net in the food prep area . Soda pop counter was a mess with pop everywhere , along with fruit flies and lids strewn about . Tables and floor area sticky and dirty . Needs better management as well as workers who need to have a better understanding of how food handling works. Maybe education of management and staff will be a start. Until then this location will receive a failing grade . Complete inspection is certainly needed for this location. Do yourself a favor save the time , effort and money and go else ware. Yes it is supposed to be fast food which this place was not but you pay plenty for it . Your health and safety should be considered and valued by those preparing food . Also this is not the first complaint for this location and the same time i was at this location another customer was leaving with similar complaints .
