Absolute incompetents
Ordered from door dash
Food was cold
Large fries was only half full and ordered a 10 piece nuggets they didn't send the sauce!!!
Also no straws or napkins
I know it's my own fault for eating garbage. Lesson learned
Edit* when I called these idiots hung up on me.

when I was in McDonald on Portland street I over heard a worker saying they have spat in someone’s food before and that someone had just done it.

Worst McD staff ever. Whoever the manager is, should held them accountable. Employees working with their airpods on. I was screaming for my order. [14th of December 2025 (early morning 4:30am)]

Did you love surprise bags as a kid—the thrill of paying for something without knowing what you’d actually get? Then you’re going to LOVE this McDonald’s. Because whether you’re first in line or tenth, you’re guaranteed a mystery every time.
“Can I have a cheeseburger with nothing on it?”
“Absolutely!”
…Here’s your plain bun. I’m sure your kid will love it.
Enjoy talking to McDonald’s support? Perfect—just order delivery! Over three separate orders, across different days and months, I’ve had items missing, items wrong, or the elite combo: both wrong and missing. It’s not stressful—it’s an adventure.
Want to call the store to let them know things have gone downhill? Good luck. Their phone might as well be a museum piece from 1989—no one answers it.
Honestly, until they hire people who can actually do the work, here’s your best bet:
Take your money, head down to the harbour, write your order on a piece of paper, put it in a bottle, and toss it into the water. You’ll have a better chance of getting what you asked for—and probably better service too.
