  I ordered a burrito 🌯 , I really appreciated the service but the food was horrible 😫. The rice that I had in the burrito was too dry and hard to chew. I couldn't even chew it when I confronted one of them all they were saying was, they have been serving the same rice since morning they had no complaints. I even showed them how hard the rice was, they added that it was almost the time of closing I ordered it at 7.50pm they normally close at 9pm. They offered me another one with the same rice that was hard as a stone. I refused it by saying I was not there for free food.

  I placed my order on the mobile app 20 minutes ahead of time, but still had to wait another 20 minutes after arriving. What’s the point of ordering in advance if the food isn’t ready? Extremely disappointing service. 👎🏻

  New manager Jen is amazing! Super fast service and the food was nice and fresh. She was super entertaining and took pride in her service and the order!

  Ordered delivery online and there were toppings missing on both orders. I had called to give the store a heads up that this had happened. Spoke with Jen who immediately told me that I was lying. Jen was extremely confrontational and then took my phone number to call back as she was "too busy" to deal with me at the time. I had to call back after several days. Jen (the manager) was not available to speak. It has been almost a week, and the only response is still that I am a liar and horrible customer service skills. I will refuse to ever go back to a place that treats people with absolutely zero respect. Jen could use some training.
