There were no napkins or ketchup - which I had asked for, and then I discovered today that we only received 10 pieces of chicken. I called the store and was told that they would take my number and they would add two pieces to my next order. I would rather have had some of my money refunded.

Felt very sterile and unwelcoming. Self checkouts, no one at the counter. I ordered online and absolutely no one was there to greet or make sure that I wasn't just some random person grabbing somebody's order. The food was cold and tasteless. The parking lot is (and always has been) a nightmare. Not sure if I will bother going back, especially with Mary Browns being right across the street.
