    I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at KFC. I ordered through the KFC app because there was a promo that if you spend $15, you get a 6-piece bucket for free. I ordered pøpcorn chicken and several other items for my daughter's birthday, but when the order arrived, everything was there except the popcorn chicken - one of the main things we wanted. It was frustrating and honestly embarrassing, especially because it was for a special occasion. If KFC is going to offer promotions and take orders, the least they could do is make sure the order is complete. Not impressed at all. Definitely reconsidering ordering from this KFC again.

    Extremely poor service at KFC I ordered 10 hot wings for $10, and when I went to collect them, the staff told me they didn’t have any hot wings and would have to refund my order. The person at the counter (no name badge, unfortunately) didn’t bother to apologize — just said, “We’ll have to refund you.” Then, to make it worse, he said they couldn’t process the refund right away because they were “too busy.” Seriously? I’m supposed to just wait around in line for a refund for something they couldn’t even fulfill? Completely unacceptable and very rude attitude. KFC really needs to train their staff on basic customer service and communication. Ridiculous experience — won’t be visiting this location again

    Why are you working if you’re so miserable, like why does a customer have to wait 30 minutes and remind you of the order, that too for a freaking Box Meal? Seriously, get the attitudes in check.
