  Friendly service but all the tables were left dirty and you could see dust/green stuff on outside of light shade which wasn't appetizing. Needs a deep cleaning and more consistent cleaning

  Not one person in the place except for people waiting to be served. Nobody was at the counter for 10 minutes to take our order. Flies everywhere. I was swatting flies the entire time I was eating. The washrooms were out of order. I’ll never go back.

  First thing to note is that I may be totally unaware of how icecream cakes are made but this review is based on my assumtions. I wanted to get an icecream cake for my birthday but without cookie crumble in the middle so my partner could enjoy it as well. Saw people getting it with skor bits instead to make it gluten friendly. I came a week early with my request and it was very simple. I asked them if I could have no cookie crumble in the middle but have skor instead. They had difficulty parsing the request but ultimately said yes they could do that. Next week I showed up for my cake and when I looked at the paper with instructions it had on it, they wrote skor, no fudge. I asked them if this ment they had mistaken my request for no cookie crumble as no fudge and made it with crumble, skor but no fudge. They said no that it only has skor inside and THEY WERENT LYING 😂. Instead of the cake being layered as chocolate, fudge, skor and vanilla as any rational person would expect, they made me an all vanilla cake with skor in the middle. Luckily that meant it could be consumed and didnt totally ruin the birthday treat, but it was baffling how poorly this simple one step request turned out. Maybe the chocolate/fudge/crumble parts of these cakes are already some preassembled thing that cant be broken up but it would have been nice if those expectations were set if so. From where Im standing I can only suggest not trusting this location with even the smallest request if you want your occasion to go down without a hitch.

  This was probably the most busy dairy Queen I have ever seen even so they were fast efficient and made the most delicious two blizzards I think I've had in the last decade.
