  Waited for 10+ minutes for our food, arrived home, and my child with arfid had a meltdown because her burger had ranch on it when we specifically asked for no ranch. Never been so pissed off and I’m never coming here again.

  I was at this location on February 18th around 11:20, I had an unnecessarily rude interaction with an employee. From the start, her attitude was abrupt. She grabbed the debit machine out of my hands with no courtesy whatsoever. When handing me my Blizzard she looked at me and said “You taking video?” not a proper question, just accusatory. I was confused and said “What?” She stared at me blankly and repeated it. After I said no, she ignored me, stared some more, muttered “Oh okay never mind,” and then slammed the window shut. No apology, no explanation, the name on my receipt is Alankrita, but I’m not too sure if that’s who was at the window. Everyone that works there has the same look so it’s hard to tell.

  My banana split had more whip cream than ice cream, and the drive tru was horrible did not split the order as we asked then when I told them that it was spose to split instead of saying sorry and fixing it she tried to tell me I didn't say to, right until my friend with me said that I did before I got to say it then didn't have one of the items of my friends order in the bag and also she wasn't charged for it so that means it was never in the order when she took it even though we asked for it. Far far from what I would call acceptable service in any form of food service, when I worked in the industry we all took pride in what we did too bad that got lost
