  I had a really bad experience with an employee named Barb at Subway. I politely asked her to change her gloves since we are vegetarian, but when she went to get the veggie patty from the freezer, she didn’t change them. When I mentioned it again, she was rude and actually said that I would have to pay for gloves — which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any food service place. Food safety and respect for customer dietary preferences are basic things Subway should take seriously. I hope management takes action and provides better training to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

  food is good, when it’s put together properly. Went here tonight and the women working pretty well just threw my sandwich together, i asked for green peppers and she only threw a couple pieces on one side of the sandwich, she put the pickles and sauce of the very edge of the sandwich hardly on the bread or sandwich at all and then wrapped it up so all the sauce and pickles stuck to the paper instead of being actually on the sandwich. She didn’t even cut the sandwich in half before wrapping it and she wrapped it so sloppy that both ends of the sandwich was hanging out. i usually don’t have any problems when i go there even if it’s busy except for when this women is working. its not letting me add a photo but if i could i would because a child could’ve made the sandwich better then how it was.

  Sat at the drive through speaker for 15 plus minutes, not once did someone say just a moment or anything. 1 car in front of me. If it’s generally busy at 8pm hire more staff. Drive off after 20 minutes still nobody said a word. God knows how long the car in front of me was waiting for their order

  Please note, they have moved from this location onto hwy 303, Conway, behind Shell gas. Though I don’t recommend it. I won’t eat there. It’s filled with toxic ingredients. Processed meats, breads and seed oils + in sauces. If you care what you put in your body, do your own research. It’s also crazy priced. Better off popping into the grocery store for premade stuff. You can get a whole cooked chicken for about $13. Convenience isn’t our friend…unless it’s fresh fruit and vegetables. :) They do have a nice outdoor sitting space out back. Just do not smoke. It’s toxic to not just you but anyone within range of being exposed. The word ‘virus’ actually means toxin/poison…not contagion. So cigarettes are loaded with viruses. Just look up Dr’s Mark and Sam Bailey for info.
