  The food is great but the service is horrible. Waiting 15 plus minutes for a box meal is ridiculous and this suppose to be fast food! Since I had to order from the kiosk, no one told me until after I had ordered. Definitely poorly run. This will be my last time coming here

  I went in to the coldbrook location this evening and I had quite the lengthy and confusing order. Joseph was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He was very thorough with my order and read it back to me multiple times to make sure all the changes were done correctly. As many times as my order changed, he was wearing a smile and a positive attitude. I am so grateful. This gentleman understands what good customer service is, and he deserves a raise. Thank you Joseph at coldbrook KFC.

  KFC is the greatest food on the planet and it’s not even close for me. Them 11 herb and spices just make my mouth water just thinking about it. You know you want KFC too! I personally suggest the tenders, popcorn chicken with fries and 2 cups of gravy “one to help wash down the food” yes that’s right, an extra cup to drink. Get KFC now!
