Woman working the order window mixed up my order several times, when corrected, we both grew frustrated. I stated I wanted snack wraps several times, but kept putting in McWraps. She snapped at me, and I apologized for the frustration. When I pulled up to the window to pay, she chose to lecture me. I don't know how many times I have to say "spicy snack wrap", before the point gets across, but she chose to tell me it was my fault she didn't understand. I'm normally understanding, but being lectured while paying really set me off wrong. Especially after apologizing.

Asked for ketchup they didn’t give me single. Luckily I was there so I went again for ketchup and got it but guess what they didn’t even give me straw for my drink. I mean common atleast serve properly. Mistake can be happens once but same mistake twice a day ?
