    I don’t know what’s changed over the last two months but every order I’ve put in has been missing items. Burgers, fries (usually always fries missing), poutine, and drinks! What happened to having someone run down the order while looking at what’s in the bag. Then they give you a $4 refund as if that’s supposed to make up for the inconvenience of missing half of your order. Next time I’ll be going in myself and speaking to the manager.

    This is the third time this has happened to me. I always order the Spicy McVeggie, but they keep giving me the regular one. When you're working, you can’t just go back and get it replaced. It’s really disappointing to pay extra and still receive the wrong order every time.

    Customer service is absolutely horrible.All the staff there are extremely rude.When I asked for a manager to complain about the staff's behavior the manager was then rude to me as well.When I asked for the fries that I had paid for they tried to give me fries out of another person's bag when I asked for fresh fries instead of somebody else's food, they'd said, no.Sir, these are fresh fries there.You go and I refuse them and then they gave me attitude on top of that.Avoid this mcdonald's at all costs.They are terrible people here
