  Dear Subway Team, I had a disappointing experience with the person at the counter. The staff member, named Lemmy, was quite rude and did not smile or interact politely with customers. He often rushes customers to finish their orders quickly, only to stand idle afterward. Additionally, he did not take my order correctly the first time, and I had to repeat my request multiple times. This has not been a one-time issue, the same behavior occurs whenever he is working. I hope you can look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure better customer service in the future. Thank you

  The server puts zero effort in. The subs are always sloppy and barely cut, like they just want to get it over with. It wouldn’t hurt to take a little pride in the job, customers notice when there’s no care put into the food.
