They were very busy and must have been short staffed. My wife’s wrap was very dry so I went to get a sauce. It took 10 minutes to get someone to help me, despite 5 employees making eye contact with me. I explained her wrap was dry and paid for a sauce. I wrote to management and received no response. I’m sure this speaks to the service we received. Management doesn’t care about their customers and the employees are following suite.
