  I like KFC but the service at this location is really subpar. We have tried to order ahead through the app multiple times and always set the pickup time 30mins to an hour out. It has never once been ready for the time we have ordered and everytime they only begin making it once you arrive. Don’t give the option if you aren’t going to honour the requests. We are always patient and understanding but no one seems to care.

  I’m appalled at the service I got in drive thru. Not only while I was still talking to the girl. She slammed the window in my face. I also went in with a hand written letter sceeled in an envelope. I wrote on it store manager. This girl opens it when I specifically wrote store manager on it. What is wrong with these staff. The only one who is decent in there is Jason. I’m sure if yoh lose him. I am sure you will lose this store.

  $10 for a twister wrap the size of my finger with brown lettuce, a wrap so old it was hard and falling apart and no tomato... I feel like it was a bad joke

  I have been to this KFC twice now. Both times, the counter staff members were very courteous. The food was hot, and I did not have to wait more than ten minutes for my buckets. I will be returning every month or so for a 14-piece bucket. I was a former Mary Brown's customer, but their chicken pieces, while large, are very dry from being cooked in the morning and left in a heating oven. I normally pick up my chicken orders mid-afternoon. KFC chicken is much moister, and tastes better. It is also less costly than that of MB. Recommended.
