Very disappointing service. The person at the counter named Thea completely ignored me when I asked to place my order and walked away into the kitchen. Another employee had to take my order instead. Very unprofessional behaviour.

I recently visited this Subway location, and unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon arriving, there were only two employees working—one man and one woman. I waited for about 15 minutes, during which several customers in front of me ended up leaving because no one attended to us. It was clear that the staff was prioritizing the drive-thru and Uber Eats orders over those of us who were physically in the store.
Despite waiting patiently, nobody acknowledged the delay or even provided any kind of communication like, "Sorry for the wait" or "It’s going to take longer than usual." When I finally asked the man working there about the situation, he gave me an unhelpful and dismissive response. The woman, who I believe is from the Philippines, was not only unhelpful but also extremely arrogant in her demeanor. It was honestly shocking to see such a lack of professionalism.
It’s really frustrating when basic customer service expectations aren’t met. I will definitely think twice before returning to this location, and I hope they address their service issues soon.

Ordered a sub with no hot peppers and cucumbers and yet received one with both banana and jalapeños and cucumbers. Is this OK kn you're eyes?
