  Went through drive thru at 5:30pm ordered 2 cold cut subs both were madecompletly wrong after waiting 20 min at the window drove home got settled in and that's when we discovered that they were wrong called the store and he said bring back tomorrow and they would replace it, I don't live in Amherst I stoped as a treat for Supper and he wants to replace the subs no thanks.

  I live here in Nova Scotia, someone in Ottawa Ontario was able to hack into my Subway app ordered and picked up a BUNCH of stuff 2 weeks ago. Thankfully my bank got my money back. I go to place order tonight, it tells me I only have until 10:30 to place the online order, it takes me two minutes to make the order. There was a buy one get 1 free. And I used my points, leaving only a dollar and some odd change to pay for the item's. Low and behold, it won't take my credit cards.It won't take my debit card.Nothing. I go to your store before 10:30 pm on a Friday night, you have one , JUST one employee working, there were 2 customers ahead of me Then, before I get to show employee the issue, the app changes message , and it's too late. They guy could not give me the deal. I can't order online and too bad you don't get the buy one get one free deal. I'm over your app. I suggest you get better encryption for your app, and while you're at, don't skimp on employees.

  Half of these comments are people being mad that they are not being served 3 minutes before closed. It's rude to come in minutes before close and expect full service. Most places do but pay staff after closing time so of course they wanna get stuff done and go home. Maybe bring up these complaints to head office. I was in here once 15 before close ( which was still inconvenience to the staff I'm sorry lol) and right as we are checking out it's 3 minutes to close and this lady was so angry that she couldn't be served two full meals. 😭Wild
