- APA ParkOct 1, 20192.0So I ordered a Chipotle steak wrap and wanted it on Basil tomatoe wrap but they put it on spinach wrap. When asked about the mistake they said they didn't have any tomatoe basil wrap. If Mary the sandwich maker would have told me up front that they were out upfront before starting on my wrap then I would have been able to change my order.. The customer service is horrible. Mary and Mike have no respect or customer service skills. Mary does not greet the customers and has a attitude in her voice.
