  I stopped by here for dinner tonight. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was great and fast. Definitely a great experience.

  Ordered taco but only got the shell and nothing really else.where the beef? Tried to call but no one answered. I don’t even want to eat just a shell. And stuck at work.

  We love Taco Bell but this one was terrible. There was no rice available for the salad bowl and the guy forgot to put beans in it so it was a very sparse lunch. He also forgot our our drink, as well as forks! And we had to wait a long time. Not a good experience there.

  I ordered the catina chicken bowl and the rice are uncooked and hard to chew and i complained about the rice and they said they don’t have more to change that.

  I had been driving for about 4 hrs so I decided I was going to order on the app so I could dine in and take a break. The app had told me my order would be done at 6:57 pm so I arrived around 7. I walked in and stood in what I thought was a line because there were two young girls at the counter talking to a worker who the entire time didn’t acknowledge me but he was focused on talking to one of the girls. That’s when another worker walked up and I let her know I was here for my order. But I’m going to speed this up. I had waited for 25 minutes for a a burrito and a Crunchwrap. There wasn’t nobody else on the store and maybe two cars in the drive thru. There wasn’t a girl texting on her phone and the guy talking to these two young girls the entire time. The fountain machines weren’t working so I had to ask them to fill it up. Finally get my food and my first bite had a hair in it. I was extremely disappointed so I go back to the register and there’s 4 people in the drive thru talking and they didn’t even acknowledge me until I waved at the only girl who’d been helping me the entire time to show her the hair in my food and ask for a refund. I’m not saying you can’t be on your phone or talk to your friends but do it on your break especially not in the lobby when you have customers.
