    Burgers were cold. Staff just sitting around. Food not fresh. Very disappointed

    Corporate needs to be called. I waited for over 15 min in the drive through. Only to have someone tell me that other people have been waiting for 30 min. 😂 There were about 7 cars. I am a local, I would definitely suggest not eating here.

    This Sonic used to be really good, but it’s gone downhill.👎 I mostly come here for the ice cream now, but they rarely get my order right. Last time I asked for a strawberry cheesecake shake and got just a strawberry shake. Today I ordered the chocolate brownie chunk ice cream and only got chocolate. I’d rather they just tell me they don’t have it than make something different. The only one they’ve made right so far is the Oreo ice cream — so if you want to avoid disappointment, stick with that.😉

    They are normally okay to me but this most recent trip, i ordered on the app and got a 6pk of mozzarella sticks and forgot to add ranch to my order so i asked for two and they said they have to charge me for them because they weren’t on the ticket manager wasn’t very nice about it. i showed her my receipt and pretty sure it was supposed to come with at least marinara sauce and didn’t get any. owners, is losing a customer worth the 0.54 cents?

    Service was very slow. They were out of certain items that I wanted. I took too long like a 1/2 hour to get my meal
