After ordering at a kiosk on a calm day, we waited 15m for a regular hamburger, a buffalo chicken wrap (inedible), and cold fries. No griller onions on the burger, overly salted cold fries, and the chicken wrap was cold and gross. Corporate needs to come in and fix this mess. Not that I expect something fancy, but I expect at least a modicum of speed and quality. You have been warned
