Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

She took my order. Repeating it back to assure she hear me. Delivered it to my table. Noted I had forgotten napkins, provide D me with some. Another lady, my age, 60s, offered her a tip. She refused,stating it was not allowed. Breanna K was efficient, thoughtful, and constantly taking care of the store's needs. Taos Burger King, Breanna K. IS A KEEPER.

I’m unsure to why this owner opened this place because they aren’t running a business good. You can’t only have two employees running a whataburger and expect good food and service period. I witnessed customers leaving because they were immediately informed it would be 35 minutes for any food they ordered.

Being from Texas (specifically San Antonio, where WB headquarters is), we were prepared that NM may just not have the "special sauce" and touch as they do in Texas, but we were pleasantly surprised! Our order, our chicken, our Patty Melt, the fries, and the shakes were EXCELLENT! Greatly exceeded our expectations. Only recommendation my wife has is that they need to offer the chicken bites in New Mexico like they do in Texas. Overall we were very satisfied with this New Mexico Whataburger!
