  I stayed at Hotel Willa last weekend. As part of our booking, we received money to use towards dinner and breakfast at Juliette. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. The dinner service was okay. We got the burger, the fresh cheese and cheese dumplings. The burger came out and after the first couple of bites, it completely fell apart and the bread was soggy. The onions in it were good but unfortunately the burger was overcooked and the chile did not have flavor. I got breakfast the next morning and the service was not the best. I am not from New Mexico and when I ordered , I asked what the difference was between the red and green chili. The server said, “I do not know. I guess one is red and one is green.” The server did offer for me to order it on the side so I could try both. I was disappointed that they were not able to explain the difference. There was another mix up that was accidental but the server came back to pour water in my glass but accidentally poured it into my coffee. I hope this feedback can help encourage improvements to the service and food.

  The fries are my favorite. The burgers a go to. The chicken dish is pretty good. The steak had a nice texture and taste, but small luke warm and semi cut up into pieces with the weird sauce that took over. Next time I’d like to order the steak with just fresh chopped green chili. The pecan ice cream is amazing! I would love a frozen wine machine 😊 The service is consistent and professional.

  Had breakfast on wednesday and the restarant was dirty..food crumbs on floor..just looked dirty. Food was expensive and the huevos w green chili was fair and the corn tortilla was weird..thick and no flavor in the green chili sauce. Spent $58 dollars for huevos and classic eggs and bacon..we are locals and we were disappointed.

  We celebrate our late valentine's/birthday celebration and it was the perfect place. The service was on point. Very attentive and ever so nice. The food was fresh and so delicious. The presentation of the plates showed the love in the kitchen then when you ate it omg. "Completes to the Chef and his staff " the drinks were amazing as well. The creations out the bar were amazing. Cheers to the Juliette staff. We will be back.

  It was a celebration weekend for the other half and I. After a horrifying experience elsewhere, we stopped in for a bit of desert and try to salvage the night. The wait staff, and the GM a million percent turned it around for us! So much so we made reservations for the next night to have dinner. Dinner was amazing as well, the food itself was delicious. You can tell it's seasonal and fresh. Again. The wait staff was attentive, they remembered us and made sure it was a night to remember. Thank you so much for helping to make my birthday one to remember ❤️
