  Absolutely incredible experience! We tried the sheet bread, smoked tuna, lamb ribs, and fresh cheese dumplings — every bite was bursting with flavor and perfectly executed. The food truly steals the show here. The vibrant ambiance and outstanding dishes is what you will get when you visit.

  Great dinner! Joined a friend for a last minute dinner on Sunday and Juliette did not disappoint. The space felt inviting, service was warm and welcoming and the food was fantastic. Definitely will be back for a margarita and dinner soon.

  Burger (local, organic, grass fed/finished) was so excellent we ordered a second. Perfect size at 6oz, juicy and stands on it’s own without any added condiments, although dijon added fun pops. The “almost cesar” was the best kind of cesar —super fresh greens and perfectly dressed. Creative and curated drinks menu, will be coming back for a carajillo during the day. The design of the space marries modernist and tribal geometry with organic, curvy pieces that mirror the 60s pueblo revival bones. The art and even dinner plates featured local artists in the area. The details were really thought through. We thoroughly enjoyed the vibe— backed up by quality ingredients and warm service.

  What a phenomenal restaurant. From the flavorful and complex food, to the expertly crafted drinks, the intimate decor, and the attentive friendly service, this place is a home run. The only feedback is that the chicken dish was a bit sweet for my wife's preferences, but it was still a great entree. I would recommend everyone get the cold milk custard for dessert. So much flavor and such a surprising combination.

  Wir haben in den letzten Monaten in rund 150 Restaurants in de USA gegessen. Dieses ist ganz weit unten in der Rangliste. Die Bohnensuppe ist geschmacklich gut, auch der Burger war ok, mehr nicht. Preis/Leistung ist eine Katastrophe. Suppe 18$ Burger (simpel) 20$ Kleine Fries Schale 10$ Das ist "Möchtegern", hier herrscht eine grosse Einbildung bezüglich Küche. Nein, dieses Restaurant empfehle ich NICHT. Beim Mexikaner ist man mit einer ehrichen Küche viel besser bedient. Zusatz nach der Antwort: Vielen Dank für ihre Antwort. Wir finden es wunderbar, dass sie mit lokalen Anbietern zusammen arbeiten, Bravo, unterstützen wir unbedingt. Nur: 10$ für ein kleines Körbchen French Fries??? Das hat NICHTS mit den lokalen Anbietern zu tun, auch nicht der maximal durchschnittliche Burger für 20 $. Das ist pure HOCHNÄSIGKEIT. Keine Ausrede bitte
