- DVDraco VelardeNov 25, 20252.0Me and my girlfriend have always gone to Baskin robbins the place is usually awesome and we love the ice cream, tonight we pulled up to the drive through and asked for our usual order, the girl inside I guess didn't hear me when I said my toppings, and when I clarified what I wanted she got rude with us, when we pulled up she said the total and I handed her the cash she grabbed it a little frustrated, I get it scooping ice cream isn't exactly a dream job. But we asked for her name for a review when really I was just gonna go in later and talk with a owner, or a manager she claimed she wasn't the one that took the order but sounded exactly the same as the person who took the order, in the end they also got the ice cream wrong in our Sundays look I get people get frustrated, and irritated but you do not gotta act rude with your customers. We are still gonna keep going to Baskin Robbins because we always have we love the place, we just hope to see better attitudes next time, thank you for the work y'all do and the service you usually provide is awesome. Just tonight was a night when someone was frustrated.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
