Just say thank you, have a good day and keep your options to yourself in a service based job field no one cares how long you've been around what all you've seen and say you're having a good day and thank you at the end of the transaction. Again no one cares about your opinion of policy nor want to hear your objection to helping expedite the process.

The deli department, which carries lunch meats, bacon and sausage, was completely empty. They had no cheese in stock. I was not impressed today.I will give it another shot on another day, maybe.

We mentioned this to a store manager and was told that all this is set by the "corporate" bosses. We will not shop there again.
