  I've been waiting for 30 minutes for a sandwich. On a Tuesday afternoon. The last time I ate here, I got food poisoning. I didn't have time to go anywhere else, so I came here. Won't be doing it again. 3 orders in front me, and it took half an hour for them to make a sandwich. I still don't have my food, and my lunch break is over

  Disappointing. Do not order on weekends or you might never get your pizza. And then customer support will get back to you with a “no reply” address and link to a bot that perpetually asks the same question. So you can’t even talk to a human about your concerns. Still waiting for my money back. And sad because the pizza is normally good, but the worsening service with rising prices math isn’t mathing.

  Ordered a pick up order on a Saturday at 9pm. It wasn’t busy. It took about 20min. The pizza is SO GOOD, it tastes like how pizza should be: crispy crust, saucy, cheesy, and not super oily. We loved it! I tried to call before hand but they didn’t pickup so I went in to order. The staff recommended to order from the phone other than taking it themselves (which is ok as it was said it’s cheaper if ordered online). It does not require you to have the app or a login which makes it easier. Can’t talk much about the service and atmosphere, besides that looks pretty staffed as I barely interact with anyone. It’s a small pickup pizza place and waiting in your own vehicle is more comfortable.

  Corporate needs to look into this location. I made an order online and it stated it was ready. I went to the store to pick up and they didn't even start on my order! I waited over an hour for them to make a pizza and sandwich. Ridiculous. Management is a joke.

  Very delicious food, prepared from start to finish surprisingly quickly, despite being short staffed. Customer service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning to eat there again as soon as my circumstances allow such a delightful treat. 💯🤗☺️
